Appellants, Columbia Real Estate Title Insurance Company and National Permanent Federal Savings and Loan Association, filed an action in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County against Grace Caruso and Mary Hollander, appellees, in which they asked the court to vacate a confessed judgment previously entered in favor of Caruso against Hollander, to enjoin the enforcement of the confessed judgment, and for certain damages.
