Butler Naval Stores Company Inc. filed a suit for injunction, specific performance, cancellation, and other equitable relief, against Mrs. A. L. Williamson, Mrs. H. J. Garrett and the E. C. Glass Turpentine Company, a firm composed of E. C. Glass and Albert Glass. The controversy relates to the right to use timber for turpentine purposes, and involves conflicting claims of the plaintiff company and the Glass Company, both engaged in the turpentine business.
