Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Richard Price, J., at Wade hearing; Joseph Mazur, J., at Huntley hearing, trial and sentencing), *278rendered July 7, 1993, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of robbery in the second degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, and sentencing him to concurrent prison terms of three to nine years, one year, and one year, respectively, is unanimously reversed, on the law and the facts and in the interest of justice, and the matter is remanded for a new trial.
