Plaintiff sued defendant for the sum of $233 damages, alleged to have been the result of an intersectional automobile collision. Defendant denied liability and pleaded contributory negligence. There was judgment in favor of defendant dismissing plaintiff’s suit as of non-suit and plaintiff has appealed.
