ZACHARY, Judge.

*610 George Evans (defendant) appeals from the judgment entered upon his convictions for possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon. On appeal, defendant argues that the trial court erred by denying his motions to dismiss the charges against him for violation *611 of his constitutional right to a speedy trial, and to suppress evidence seized at the time of defendant's arrest. After careful consideration of defendant's arguments, in light of the record and the applicable law, we conclude that the trial court did not err and that defendant is not entitled to relief…
