Defendant Miguel Delacruz appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Katherine B. Forrest, Judge, following his plea of guilty, convicting him of conspiracy to commit robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1951, and sentencing him principally to 63 months’ imprison ment.
