Petitioner/Plaintiff-Appellee State of Hawai'i (the State) charged Respondent/Defendant-Appellant Lawrence L. Bruce (Bruce) and Respondent/Defendant-Appellant Justin McKinley (McKinley) with offenses arising from their alleged involvement in and benefit from the activities of a prostitute, the complaining witness (CW).
