The original bill was filed for the purpose of setting aside an award of arbitrators appointed by the respective parties under five several policies on the'property of the defendant, which had been destroyed by fire. The property consisted of a stock of goods and fixtures in the town of Shelbyville, Tenn. The complainants were four of the insurance companies that had issued policies on the property.
