This is an action by the appellants against the appellees to recover damages for an alleged breach of contract. The appellants alleged that appellants and appellees entered into a contract whereby appellants sold to appellees 258 bales of cotton of the value of $20,543; that appellees breached the contract by refusing to pay for the cotton.
