POSNER, Circuit Judge.

NBTY and its subsidiary Rexall Sundown manufacture vitamins and nutritional supplements, including glucosamine pills, which are dietary supplements designed to help people with joint disorders, such as osteoarthritis. Several class action suits have been filed in federal district courts across the country against NBTY, Rexall, and Target-(a retail distributor of the pills, which are sold under brand names like “Osteo Bi-Flex”…
