DEEPER, J. —

The defendant, Fred Copenbarger, was convicted of second degree murder, and appeals from the judgment and an order denying a motion for a new trial. In disposing of this appeal it is unnecessary to discuss the facts other than to state that the prosecution in making its ease in chief introduced admissions made by the defendant to the police officers at the time of the arrest to the effect that he had killed the deceased in self-defense, and describing circumstances connected with the killing which might logically tend to that conclusion.
