Defendants appeal from the judgment rendered by the trial court sitting without a jury in an action for money owed for the construction of a house and for the establishment of a lien. Five enumerations of error are presented for our review.
1. The plaintiffs motion for damages for frivolous appeal is denied.
2. The first three enumerations of error concern the court’s findings of fact. An appellate court will not disturb the fact findings of a judge sitting without a jury if there is any evidence to support them, unless they are clearly erroneous. Code Ann. § 81A-152 (a);…
