FITZPATRICK, Chief Judge.

Leroy Dorsey (appellant) was convicted in a jury trial of robbery, in violation of Code § 18.2-58, and the use of a firearm in the commission of robbery, in violation of Code § 18.2-53.1. On appeal, he contends that: (1) his conviction violated the Double Jeopardy Clause of the United States Constitution; (2) he was denied due process when the trial court revoked his bail; (3) the trial court erroneously failed to defer to previous judicial determinations admitting him to bail; and (4) the trial court lacked authority to order his bail revoked.
