This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Probate Court of Franklin county on exceptions, filed to the inventory and ap praisement of the estate of Mae Stevenfon, deceased, by Everett O. Newman, one of the coexecutors who claimed to be the owner of certain personal property consisting of stocks and bonds which had been included as a part of the inventory and appraisement and a part of the assets of the estate of Mae Stevenson.
