Appellant H&H Avionics, Inc., (hereafter “H&H”) appeals from a September 17, 2009 judgment entered by a Superior Court magistrate granting restitution of two acres of land at Estate Betty’s Hope, St. Croix, (hereafter “subject property”) to the Virgin Islands Port *460Authority (hereafter “VIPA”). For the following reasons, we shall dismiss H&H’s appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
I. FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
