FREEMAN, District Judge.

This is a case brought under the provisions of § 503 of the Nationality Act of 1940, 8 U.S.C.A. § 903,1 asking that this court declare that the plaintiffs Moy Yee Mon and Moy Dot Mon are citizens of the United States. In their complaint, plaintiffs allege that they are the natural children of Moy Fook Mook, a native^ born citizen of the United States, and that therefore, under the provisions of § 1993 of the Revised Statutes,2 they are United States citizens. They allege that they were born in Kwongtun, China, the lawful issue of Moy Fook Mook and his wife Ng Tone Har.…
