George W. Latimer, Judge:

The accused was convicted by a general court-martial of an offense of taking indecent liberties with a female child under sixteen years of age, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 934. He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, confinement at hard labor for five years, and reduction to the grade of seaman recruit.
