Janet M. Schneider claimed that defendants Sentry Life Insurance Company (“Sentry Life”), Sentry Group Long Term Disability Plan and Sentry Group Supplemental Disability Insurance Plan (collectively, “Sentry”) violated the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq., when her disability benefits were terminated. The district court granted Sentry’s motion for summary judgment.
