MEMORANDUM OPINION

NIXON, District Judge.

This action was filed in this Court based on diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1332. Plaintiff alleges that he is a resident citizen of the State of Louisiana and is the owner of 14 valid and binding oil, gas and mineral leases covering 53.67 acres of land, located in Clark County, Mississippi, which is presently producing oil. He claims his leasehold interest through various oil, gas and mineral leases executed by some 25 lessors, all of whom claim to be heirs of law of one Dennis Husbands, and in his “Declaration” filed herein, which he…
