MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
WEINER, District Judge.
The twenty named plaintiffs brought this employment discrimination action alleging that defendant engaged in intentional (“disparate treatment”) discrimination in violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1866, 42 U.S.C. § 1981, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of *4011964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000d and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
