Henry Scott Knapp (“Scott Knapp”), the former executor of his mother’s will and the nominated, but unappointed, executor of his father’s will, appeals from the order of the Probate Court of Bibb County finding that he breached his fiduciary duty, thereby damaging the other heirs to the estates —• his sister, niece, and nephew.
