Respondent father appeals from an order terminating his parental rights to Z.T.B, born 24 June 1995. Petitioner, who is Z.T.B.'s mother, filed a petition for termination of respondent's parental rights on 3 January 2003, alleging respondent's willful *299abandonment, failure to legitimate Z.T.B., and lack of substantial financial support or consistent care.
