The evidence tending to fix the place where the collision occurred came from the Highway patrolman who was called to investigate the collision. Notwithstanding seeming inconsistencies in his testimony, we are of the opinion and hold it was sufficient to support a findng by the jury that Archie Eudy was operating his car to the left of his center of the highway, and this violation of the rules of the road was the proximate cause of the collision.
