T1 Roselma Ersilia Atkinson (Mother) appeals from the trial court's June 183, 2005, order granting a motion to modify child custody filed by her former husband Philip Raun Atkinson (Father). Based upon our review of the facts and applicable law, we reverse and remand with instructions.
