The receiver of the Pioneer State Bank of Omaha brings this as a suit in equity in the district court for Douglas county, for the benefit of all the unpaid creditors of the bank, to recover from the stockholders the double liability imposed upon them by the Constitution. Some of the defendant stockholders resided in D'ouglas county where they were served with process and others resided in various other counties of the state where they were served with summons sent from the Douglas county court.
