OPINION OF THE COURT

The Estates of Enfield Green Owners' Association, Inc. ("appellant" or "the Association") contends that the Territorial Court *246abused its discretion in denying its request for mandatory injunction against Nigel Francis ("appellee" or "Francis"). For reasons set forth below, this Court will reverse the Territorial Court's judgment dated January 27,1994 and remand the matter with instructions to grant the injunction.
