WECHSLER, Judge.

{1} The opinion filed in this case on June 21, 2007 is hereby withdrawn and the following substituted therefor. The motion for rehearing is denied.

{2} This is an appeal from the district court’s judgment in an on-record appeal from the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court. We consider the preservation requirements in challenging procedures attached to a post-conviction domestic violence program of the metropolitan court.
