Appellant has raised several propositions of law before this court.2 All propositions have been properly presented for our review. However, since we have determined that the trial court’s failure to properly instruct the jury that flag burning as a mode of expression enjoys the full protection of the First Amendment, our review will be limited to only that error, mandating reversal of appellant’s conviction.

Appellant was charged and convicted for -violating R.C. 2917.01(A)(1), which reads:

“(A) No person shall knowingly engage in conduct designed to urge or incite another to commit any offense…
