Pending before the Court are a motion to dismiss filed by co-defendant Compañía Tra-satlántica Española, S.A. (Docket No. 6), a motion to dismiss and/or for summary judgment filed by co-defendant Puerto Rico Marine Management, Inc. (Docket No. 8), an opposition thereto filed by plaintiff Malgor & Co., Ine.
