This matter arises out of a decision by the defendants, Kevin McCormick, Alexander Fallavollita, Wayne M. Leblanc, Allen Phillips, and James Ryan, as they constitute the West Boylston Board of Selectmen (“the Board”) and the Town of West Boylston (“the Town”) to suspend the plaintiff, Classic Suites & Inns, Inc.’s (“Classic Suites”) Motel Operation Permit.
