ORDER ON MOTION TO SET BAIL PENDING APPEAL

HEMPHILL, District Judge.

Defendant’s motion to set bail pending his appeal from conviction by a jury, on April 18, 1978, on all three counts of an Indictment, previously lodged with the court on February 14, 1978, charging him with three violations of the gun laws.
