This issue involved about thirty different articles of personal property. As to many of them the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain the verdict is not questioned. But it is claimed by’ appellant's counsel that there was no evidence to sustain a verdict in the plaintiff’s favor as to any of the articles specified in the first and second assignments of error. This contention has required an examination of the large volume of evidence, and this we have made.
