Plaintiff’s suit is upon an insurance policy on the life of her son, William Ward Kimple. Her proof of his death consisted of the offer of a decree of the Orphans’ ’Court of Beaver County at no. 18, September term, 1942, in a proceeding under the Fiduciaries Act of June 7, 1917, P.
