Jacob and Charlene Markowitz sued John Wieland, John Wieland Homes, Inc., Wieland Realty Associates, Inc., and Jeff Akin (collectively the “Wieland Group”) alleging conspiracy to defraud, breach of contract, and Georgia Racketeer Influenced & Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”) violations.
