Plaintiff Vincenzo Gurrera appeals the dismissal of his claims arising out of two arrests in connection with an insurance scam. After careful review, we affirm.

I. Background

On April 15, 2012, the Palm Beach County Sheriffs Office and the Florida Department of Financial Services initiated a joint investigation into Plaintiff and his auto body repair shop, Collision World.
