ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO DISMISS WITHOUT PREJUDICE
MORENO, District Judge.
This ease is a securities fraud class action suit brought against the IVAX corporation and three individual defendants by a class of Plaintiffs who purchased IVAX common stock between July 31, 1995 and June 27, 1996. Plaintiffs allege that they were fraudulently induced to make these purchases by the materially false and misleading statements and omissions made by the Defendants.
