Ray Taylor appeals the circuit court’s judgment dismissing his petition for writ of prohibition and quashing its preliminary writ in prohibition. In his petition Taylor asked the circuit court to prohibit the Division of Workers’ Compensation Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) from ordering him to submit to an independent medical examination.
