Petitioner Sandra Dunbar, regional director of the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”), moved by an order to show cause for leave to amend her petition and resume proceedings in this action against respondent Landis Plasties, Inc. (“Landis”) pursuant to Section 10(j) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 160(5). Dkt. No. 63.
