MACY, Justice.

Appellants Randy Makinen and Lorie • Makinen appeal from the district court’s order which granted a summary judgment in favor of Appellees PM P.C. and Jim Lar-scheid and from the district court’s order which granted a summary judgment in favor of Appellees Larry Suchor, Joe (George) Su-chor, and Leo Suchor (the Suchors).

We affirm.
