I. INTRODUCTION
This case arises from the temporary employment of Mexican farm workers through the Department of Labor’s (“DOL”) H-2A program. The Defendants, Delbert C. Bland and Bland Farms, LLC (collectively “Bland Farms”) hired the Plaintiffs and other H-2A guest workers in their onion planting and harvesting operations in and around Glennville, Georgia during the 2001 to 2006 seasons.
