This was a claim case which was tried in the superior court of Floyd county on January 27, 1905, during the regular Januarj^' term of that court. The presiding judge directed a verdict in favor of the claimant; and on February 25, the Broadway National Bank, the plaintiff in fi. fa., filed its motion for a new trial.
