DIAZ, Circuit Judge:

In this case, a Chapter 13 bankruptcy trustee, Timothy Branigan (the “Trustee”), challenges confirmation orders, entered by the bankruptcy court and affirmed by the district court, stripping off junior liens against debtors’ residences.
