Aquino v. Honda of America, Inc.

Plaintiff-Appellant Michael Aquino appeals from the district court’s grant of defendants’ motion for summary judgment. Aquino filed suit against Honda of America Manufacturing, Inc. (“Honda”) and several Honda employees, alleging claims arising under 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution, and pendent state law claims.
