Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ motion to compel discovery from Defendant Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s of London (“Underwriters”). In this lawsuit about insurance coverage, Plaintiffs allege that Underwriters have improperly withheld claims handling documents on the basis of the attorney-client and work product privileges.
