Introduction
Appellant John G. appeals the judgment of the juvenile court declaring three of his children, Ammanda G., John G. Ill, and Elizabeth G. minor dependents of the court under Welfare and Institutions Code1 section 300, subdivisions (a), (b) and (d). The judgment arose from an action instituted by the Sacramento County Welfare Department against appellant and his wife, La Von G., to have the three minor children declared dependent.
