Plaintiffs Stone Key Partners LLC and Stone Key Securities LLC (together, "Stone Key") are, together, a boutique investment banking firm. Pursuant to an Engagement Letter dated April 20, 2012 (the "Engagement Letter"), Stone Key was retained by Defendant Monster Worldwide, Inc. ("Monster" or the "Company") to assist in "a review of strategic alternatives, including the possible sale of the Company or the sale of an equity *319interest in the Company."
