Raymond W. Sheets, trustee, filed his complaint in the circuit court of Winnebago county, seeking to have a 99-year lease upon certain property located in Rockford and described in the complaint declared null and void, and a trust deed thereon executed on May 1, 1929 to secure the payment of notes aggregating $37,500 decreed to be no longer a lien upon the property, and that the title thereto be confirmed in him.
