— Affirming.

The administratrix of the estate of Thelipa Lykins Baker brought this action against the Kentucky & West Yirginia Power Company, W. B. Adams, and Sanford Adams to recover damages for the death of her intestate allegedly caused by the negligence of the defendants. At the conclusion of the evidence for the plaintiff, the court sustained the Kentucky & West Yirginia Power Company’s motion for a directed verdict in its favor, and the petition as against it was dismissed.
