Defendant in error, hereinafter referred to as the claimant, was injured on January 27, 1963, and thereafter filed a claim for compensation with the Industrial Commission of Colorado. A hearing was held before a referee, who made an award favorable to the claimant. Subsequently, the commission reversed the order of the referee and the matter was filed in the district court. The district court reversed the commission ruling and directed reinstatement of the award ordered by the referee.
