MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Appellant Alice Navarro appeals from a decision of the Bankruptcy Court which held that the Appellee Trustee’s interest in two liquor licenses was superior to her interest. Determinations as to the validity, extent or priority of liens are defined as core proceedings under the 1984 Amendments to the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978. 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(K) (1984).
